Ce que j'avais envie de vous dire en cette nouvelle année 2026 ...

What I wanted to tell you in this new year of 2026...

Hello!

This is the first newsletter of 2026!
And before I look ahead to what comes next, I wanted to take stock of things, simply...!

2025 was a very busy year in the workshop and in my personal life. We changed our standard of living, I reorganized my workshop, my sales strategy, I launched a clothing collection, with sleeveless vests, tie-front sweaters, summer tops and shorts, new bags like the Colette bag or the Milan bag with its ruffles, invested in magnificent rolls of sherpa to make exclusive collections.

I also made a lot of stock creations to be able to harmonize my turnover and give free rein to my creativity, adjusted some models, tested new fabrics, emptied shelves to make room for other projects.

There have been smooth launches, more demanding ones, very busy periods and calmer ones.

Above is a photo that shows some of the latest orders from 2025!

This year has taught me one essential thing above all: I no longer want to produce more, but to produce better .

In practical terms, this means:
– fewer impulse buys
– designs that are carefully considered beforehand, tested, worn, and adjusted
– fabrics chosen for their durability, softness, and quality
– and clearly stated, agreed-upon deadlines, allowing for a calm working environment

In 2025, I also made the choice to slow down certain paces, to refuse orders when the schedule was full, and to preserve some break time .
Not for comfort, but because it's the only way to continue creating with pleasure and high standards.

In a broader, sometimes unclear and unstable context, I felt it even more strongly the importance of craftsmanship.
Creating objects designed to last, repairable, useful on a daily basis, far removed from overconsumption and fleeting trends, has become central to my way of working.

A bag, a pencil case, a vest… these are objects that we keep, that we wear often, that it is sometimes passed on.
And that changes everything in the way I conceive of them.

And then there's YOU.
Those who place orders every year.
Those who come back for a baby gift, an everyday bag, a favorite item!
Those who know the deadlines, who anticipate, who understand that every creation involves hands, time and attention.

For 2026, I don't want any big announcements or spectacular promises.
I want to continue like this:
– creations in small series or made to order
– a clear schedule, sometimes filled out several months in advance
– a human-sized workshop
– and a simple, direct and honest relationship

If you already have a project in mind for February, March or spring — an important gift, a personalized piece, a model you've spotted — now is the right time to order or start thinking about it now!
Anticipating allows us to meet announced deadlines and work in good conditions.

🔒 Workshop schedule: limited places

⚠️ The workshop schedule is filling up quickly

Each creation is handmade, in deliberately limited quantities.
For orders scheduled in February and March , I strongly advise you to start now.

Once the schedule is full, I temporarily close orders to preserve the quality of production and the announced deadlines.

Ordering in advance guarantees:

  • of a creation made without haste

  • a real choice of fabrics

  • and a reserved place in the workshop calendar
