DELIVERIES

The ordered products are delivered according to the following terms:

Depending on the weight and volume of your order:

  • Colissimo tracked delivery without signature
    Delivery takes place within 5 days to your home from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and vacation periods.
  • Tracked letter (Delivery takes place within 5 days to your home, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and company holidays.)

The Seller cannot be held responsible for loss or delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers.
The delivery times of the carrier mentioned above are only indicative.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer on the order form; the buyer is responsible for ensuring its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. The buyer may request that the invoice be sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address by selecting the corresponding option on the order form.

If, upon delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they are damaged, the buyer must immediately contact the delivery company.

If products need to be returned to the seller, a return request must be submitted to the seller within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made after this period will not be accepted. Product returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.). Any product that is damaged, torn, or in a condition other than that in which it was sent will not be refunded.

RETURNS

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded (embroidery, personalized fabrics, etc.).

Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Items on sale or promotion (if applicable)
Only items at full price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges
We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged . If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at boutique.dianestudio@gmail.com and send your item to: Diane Studio, 21 route du Bois Simon, CORNILLE, Ille et Vilaine, 35500, France.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: Diane Studio, 21 route du Bois Simon, CORNILLE, Ille et Vilaine, 35500, France.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
